Healthy and Cheap Veggie Burgers

I found this recipe in a magaine! I had to share it is really really good!

15oz. can white navy beans drained and rinsed
3/4c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4c. parsley chopped
2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
2 T. olive oil
Heat lightly greased grill. In food processor combine beans, bread,onions, garlic, parsley, oil. Pulse 5 times. Divide mix in 4 patties. Place on grill and grill 4 min. turning once.

I'd like to try this. I have black beans, so I'll probably try substituting them for the navy beans. I like a good veggie burger with hot sauce all over it!

I forgot to mention that I tried these and they are great. They taste like stuffed mushrooms. Black beans is a little richer and looks more like real hamburgers if that floats your boat for some twisted reason. But I like them with navy beans better. I put hot sauce and romaine lettuce on it. Red habanero sauce, not crappy tabasco sauce mind you.
