Banana Cream Sorbet |
|
|
Tools : Single or twin gear juicer; centrifugal if that's all you have.
Ingredients : Frozen bananas (peel and freeze in a sealed bag overnight)
Berries and cinnamon (optional) for garnishing.
Method : Run frozen bananas through your juicer. Add another fruit for variety (either through the juicer or swirled in - frozen pineapple or passionfruit works brilliantly). Sprinkle berries and cinnamon on top for a great garnish. Eat immediately or store in freezer.

Really easy and really tasty

i was in minneapolis awhile ago, and i convinced my family to go to a raw vegan restaurant, which was pretty interesting, since i haven't tried the whole raw thing before. but anyway, i had something that sounds like this thing, and it probably tasted about as good as the soy ice cream kind of stuff, i think.
