Hi Vim1, welcome to our forum! I'm glad you like vegetarian foods. What is your reason for not being fully vegan?

I'm not sure what "pure vegetarian" means. Is this strict vegetarianism?

Don't pay any attention to the first post: this message was only put here by someone passing through in order to spam a commercial link (which was afterward removed by the mods because we do not tolerate spamming). So it is doubtful that you will receive an answer from them. LOL
The term "pure vegetarian" can mean different things to different people. For someone who is more or less interested in vegetarianism, it nomally means not eating meat, and so if they are not "pure" then they still eat meat once in awhile. They would probably still eat dairy and eggs. These people can be called "flexitarians".
However, on this forum, when members use the term "pure vegetarian" it means a plant based diet with no animal products, in other words, vegan.

I'm a vegetarian but not a vegan. I eat eggs, milk and stuff.

Seafood and veggies are my favorite dishes. I'm not an avid meat fan or something. May I just ask if what veggies can do with our teeth? I'm wondering. Your response means a lot. Thanks.

Nadelmgarcia, this is an animal rights vegan forum, and not a tooth forum. Please say something intelligent and quit spamming, or just move on to somewhere else. Thank you.
