At google videos you will need to go to the video's page and copy the url out of your browser. It should look like http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3143246497385614515

The Url needs to be from the international site. If you are viewing a country specific version of YouTube or Google Videos just change the country code (e.g. .co.uk) to the international code (.com).
